Baxi Heating Controls
Several Baxi boilers are compatible with smart thermostats such as Nest but Baxi also offer their own smart control, the Baxi uSense. The uSense is compatible with all their combi boilers which use the 230v switch live. Other features like fault diagnosis are available with boilers which are connected via OpenTherm: Baxi 600, 400, 200 and 100.

A Baxi boiler can only be purchased through an installer so it’s difficult to confirm their pricing without requesting quotes. From our research it appears that generally they can cost between £650 – £1,200 excluding installation.

Guarantee
Baxi offer one of the longest warranty periods on the market as some models include a free 10 year warranty. To ensure the warranty remains valid the boiler must be registered within 30 days of installation, serviced annually and the installer must meet certain conditions.
