How to get your Energy Performance Certificate for Solar PV
In order to benefit from the higher rate Feed-in Tariff (FIT) you will need to provide an Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) rating of band D or above. Our Energy Experts are specially trained to complete and EPC for you as we have been advising customers on ways to heat their homes more efficiently, save electricity and generate their own energy since we begun installing solar panels.
British Gas can help you gain the higher rate of FiT
Our Energy Experts will carry out an Energy Performance Report which will give you an indication of your homes current rating and when you install solar PV panels with British Gas we will provide you with your up to date EPC – and if you need more than solar PV to get to a band D we provide free loft and cavity wall insulation along with a range of other products.
