Alpha - Boiler Efficiency Rating
Alpha have been working hard to ‘delight’ their customers with a highly innovative approach since the very first day of their 50 year life. Backed by a range of boilers capable of meeting the heating and hot water demands of many households, the prices of Alpha boilers can range from budget to high-end.
Alpha strive to put efficiency at the heart of what they do, many of their boilers come with an Erp ‘A’ rating and the option to accompany your boiler with energy-saving products.
The majority of their products are Combi boilers while they do also have System and Regular boilers available too.
What are the Main Boiler Types from Alpha?
Alpha have a range of System and Combi boilers on the market including; E-Tec, E-Tec Plus, ProTec, InTec and Evoke.
E-Tec
The latest addition to the Combi boilers manufactured by Alpha is the E-Tec range, their smallest boiler ever. Being compact, the E-Tec range can fit nicely into a kitchen cupboard and despite its size is still capable of delivering 14.1 litres of water per minute, which makes them a good fit for small to medium sized homes.
Evoke
The Evoke range are exclusively available from independent merchants and come fitted with a brand new stainless steel heat exchanger, and front access that makes servicing nice and easy. Much like the E-Tec range, Evoke boilers have a compact build to be stored away nice and easily. For added control over the central heating, these boilers have a clip-on temperature sensor.
InTec
Alpha’s InTec range of Combi boilers are capable of providing central heating and hot water on-demand. The models in this range are individualised by have their own unique features, such as the InTec GS being fitted with Gas Saver technology to give a 35% reduction in gas used to provide hot water. The Intec C comes fitted with a seasonality valve which means that it can maintain set hot water temperatures in winter and summer.
ProTec Plus
This range of System boilers have been designed for homes with higher heating demands that have sealed central heating systems, or open systems when required.
Intec2 SE
Alpha have put together this range with efficiency and a user friendly experience in mind, as they warm up quickly and come with enhanced circulation. The models in this range offer a highly efficient way of heating your home.

Depending on the type of boiler you’re looking to install in your home, the price of Alpha boilers can range from £750 to £1300 for System boilers and £690 to £2500 for their Combi boilers.
